We champion learning as a lifelong pursuit and equip students with essential tools—critical thinking, writing, organization, networking, and self-advocacy. From demystifying applications to shaping authentic narratives, we support students in uncovering their interests and presenting their truest selves.

We Help Students Succeed Every Step of the Way

OUR SERVICES

  • Students work 1-1 with their advisor throughout high school to strategically plan and prepare for a successful college application process.

  • Beginning summer after junior year and continuing through senior year, students work 1-1 with their advisor on essay writing, application organization, project management, and demonstrated interest tasks.

  • In-depth training sessions to help students prepare for college or professional interviews.

  • Students work 1-1 with a PEP advisor over 10+ weeks to complete a unique, shareable project focused on a specific area of interest.

  • Expert and in-depth analysis of a student's strengths, skills, and learning style to establish potential academic goals and career interests/pathways.
